My Story

I grew up in a home where conversations about the side effects of medicine, the harm of processed food, and the importance of listening to our bodies were everyday topics. So, it’s no surprise that my path eventually led me to Ayurveda—the key to unlocking the body’s natural intelligence.

For over a decade, I worked in brand management, communication, and event management with global companies like Danone, Bacardi, TBWA, and Logitech. I enjoyed my career, but as I experienced life’s milestones and changes, I began to look more deeply at my own life and question what truly mattered.

A turning point came after a serious accident that broke my hip. In 2007, I started practicing yoga, initially for physical rehabilitation. Then, in 2010, a wake-up call from a medical consultation pushed me to research nutrition and explore healthier food options—bringing me back to the wisdom my parents had shared since childhood. These two pivotal moments became the foundation of the path I follow today.

As my yoga practice deepened, I discovered that its benefits went far beyond the physical. I noticed a positive shift in my mood and mental state, reconnecting with my body in a way I hadn’t before. Drawn to yoga’s philosophy and life teachings, I pursued my 200-hour teacher training with Chris Chavez at Cihangir Yoga, continuing on the 300-hour Master Path. Influential teachers like Zeyneb Uras, Carlos Pomeda, Chris, and many others from the Cihangir Yoga family shaped my journey.

My background in yoga, belief in the body’s self-healing power, and passion for nutrition naturally led me to Ayurveda—“the art of living”—one of the ancient wisdom traditions of India. I studied with Ulli A. in Turkey and deepened my knowledge with Dr. Ramadas in Kerala, India. My travels to Kerala and exploration of its rich culture, philosophy, and traditions helped me build a strong foundation in both Yoga and Ayurveda.

Today, I’m grateful to share this knowledge and my experience to improve people's wellness and wellbeing through consultations, workshops and trainings.

My mission is to help people regain their optimal physical and mental strength, reconnecting them with their natural rhythms to enjoy more balanced, vibrant lives.

Why Ayurveda?

Ayurveda isn’t just a practice—it’s a timeless approach to living in harmony with your body, mind, and environment. Rooted in natural wisdom, it helps you understand yourself and guides you toward balance through simple, sustainable lifestyle changes.

For me, Ayurveda became the bridge that connected ancient knowledge with modern wellbeing, offering practical tools to nurture lasting health from the inside out.

"Everyone deserves a healthier, happier life and the path is through the teachings of Ayurveda."
